One Way Rentals
How does it work?
Bikes can only be picked up in our stations in Lisbon, Porto and Faro.
- Drop off can be selected from over 15 different drop off partner Portugal and in Santiago de Compostela
- Bikes need to be dropped of at our partner on the last rental day during the opening hours, at latest until 7pm.
- Drop off location needs to be defined 7 days before collection at latest at the bike pick up.
- Bikes does not need to be prepared for the transfer.
- At many of our drop off partners apply a 10,- drop off fee which is not included in our price. Find this at our partner list below
- Starting 5 bikes we offer a discount on the one way fee. Please contact us in this case

Elegtible hotels need to have a permanently occupied reception. Luggage needs to be left ready to pick up at 9am. We do not collect and deliver to private residences and airbnb apartments.

Reservation details
- elegible hotels needs to be accessible by van (attention in Obidos!)
- elegible hotels needs to suppose over a occupied reception desk
- luggage needs to be ready to pick up at 9am
- each piece needs to be identified with the name corresponding to your hotel reservation.
- luggage is delivered to the next hotel usually before 2pm, at latest before 4pm
- maximum size per piece: 100x100x50cm
- maximum weight per piece: 23kg
Direct Luggage Transfer
Leave your luggage with us and find it ready to pick up at the end of your route.
We can deliver to your final hotel (needs to have reception) or you can collect your luggage from any of our drop off partners. All our drop off partners charge a 5,- storage fee per bag.

Reservation details
- for deliveries to our drop off partners applies a fee of 5,- per bag, to pay directly at the bike collection
- we can also deliver to any hotels that are accessable by van and suppose over a reception desk
- luggage needs to be name tagged with the name of your bike or hotel reservation
- delivery time: 72 hours
