Travel Support
We provide extended support along the Portuguese St. James way (Coastal & Central) and all along the Portuguese coast and up to 50km to the interior. On all other routes we are still on your side, but cant guarantee for the same service quality.

Rental Conditions
Rental Conditions
- We comit ourselfs for high quality bikes and services. All bikes are serviced after every rental. Our bikes are max. 3 years in use before substitution, less if necessary.
- We are not with you if you have any technical issue with the bikes. But we guarantee for a maximum of support. In case of technical issues due to worn out or faulty equipment, we guarantee repair or substitution within 24h, usually quicker
- We do not offer on road assistance for our Basic MTBs and Basic E-MTBs outside of the rental county.
- We only refund third party expenses after previous agreement
- Our bikes are not insured against damage or theft. You are riding on your own responsibility
Payment Conditions
- We require a 50% prepayment for reservation
- 50% apply until the pick up. We only accept card or cash payment for pick up in Lisbon
- After your request you will receive a booking overview with all payment details. Please do not proceed payments after the expiration date
- We accept payment in cash (Lisbon only) or via bank transfer or revolute. We also accept payment via credit card and paypal, but a payment fee applies
Rental Period
Our rentals are calculated per calendar day. Example: If you pick up the 2nd and drop off the 5th is considered as a 4 day rental.
If you pick up your bike after 4pm or drop off before 12pm, you only pay a reduced early pick up / late drop off fee. Please see our price list.
Our locations in Lisbon and Porto are open from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays on request. At our drop off partners may apply different opening hours/days.

One Way Rentals
We provide pick up in Lisbon and Porto
Drop off can be done at more than 15 drop off partners all over Portugal and in Santiago de Compostela.
Price for this service can vary depending on location and bike type. Most of our drop off partners charge a 10,- storage fee directly at the drop off, which is not included in our price.

Can I rent a touring bike in Lisbon for multi-day trips?
Yes. Our Travel MTBs can be rented in Porto or Lisbon for multi-day cycling trips across Portugal. Based on solid MTB frames they are designed for long-distance comfort and equipped with racks and usual bike touring setup. Many riders start their journey in Lisbon and follow coastal routes or sections of the Portuguese Camino.
Are touring bikes suitable for the Portuguese Camino?
Yes. Our Gravel Bikes and our Travel MTBs are a good choice for cycling the Portuguese Camino. They are stable, comfortable for long distances, and can carry luggage using panniers or bikepacking bags. Many cyclists start the route in Lisbon or Porto and ride north toward Santiago de Compostela. The route is a mix out of paved roads and mostly easy terrain gravel and dirt roads.
Do touring bike rentals include luggage racks or panniers?
Both, our Gravel Bikes as our Travel MTBs, include a rear rack comaptible for Ortlieb panniers and most other brand panniers. Panniers or bikepacking bags can be added additionally. This allows riders to carry clothing, tools, and supplies for longer journeys.
Can I start a bike tour in Lisbon and finish in another city?
We offer one-way rentals between many Portuguese citys. Our bikes can be picked up in Lisbon, Porto and Faro and dropped of at more than 15 partners across Portugal and in Santiago de Compostela. This option is popular for riders following the Portuguese coast or cycling the Camino route.

Our Gravel bikes can be rented in Porto, Lisbon and Faro and dropped off at several cycling destinations in Portugal. Gravel bikes are popular because they handle both paved roads and dirt tracks, making them ideal for exploring the easier northern coastal routes and rural backroads at the interior of Alentejo.
